This evening, hosted at the Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre in Ann Arbor, will characteristic local storytelling, connectedness, and entertainment!

Phone call Out to Storytellers for the 2022 consequence!
Do you lot have a story to tell? Big Hearts for Seniors (BHS) is searching for storytellers to tell their true stories using the theme, "Journeys" for this year's event on May 17, 2022. Applications will be accustomed from January 1, 2022 through Feb 25, 2022. Individual coaching volition be provided to those who are selected. Applying to be a storyteller is like shooting fish in a barrel. You don't have to accept a full story to utilize, merely an thought. Please put together a brief description of your story idea (250 words or less) and click here to utilise! - Storyteller Workshop:Jan 15, 2022, from ten:00-12:00 p.g. on Zoom. Worried virtually how to turn your experience and thought into a great story? You lot are not lone! You will go to participate in personalized workshops with storytelling veterans. They volition guide you on shaping your story and making information technology what you want it to be.
- Semifinalists volition be announced onMarch ane, 2022
- Pitch Fest: March five and March half dozen, 2022 (30 minutes appointments will be set). Semifinalists will have the opportunity to "pitch" their story ideas to the selection committee.
- Final Storytellerswill be announced onMarch 7, 2022
- 3 one-hour coaching sessions will be adamant during the months of March and April at dates agreed upon past coaches and participants.
- Dress Rehearsal: In person rehearsal at the Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre, date and time TBD.
