Lipa performed "Honey Over again" during her NPR Tiny Desk-bound Concert, released 4 December 2020.[123] Lipa described the performance as a "special" rendition of the song and the concert was filmed in London instead of Washington, D.C. where the concerts ordinarily accept identify due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[124] She was accompanied past fill-in singers, a bassist, a guitarist and a pulsate machine.[125] On 19 Feb 2021, the vocalist performed a stripped-down audio-visual version of the track during the 2021 Time 100 effect along with her 2020 single "Levitating".[126] Lipa performed the soft piano rendition of the vocal as a duet with Elton John at his AIDS Foundation Academy Laurels Party on 25 April 2021.[10] [127] She performed the vocal at the 41st Brit Awards equally part of her fix list of a Future Nostalgia Medley on eleven May 2021.[128] The vocalist performed it at the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Festival on 17 September.[129] The song was included on the setlist of Lipa's 2022 Future Nostalgia Bout.[130]
